Dana was the absolute BEST! I wish there was a better word. Magnificent! There it is. She went so above and beyond for our family during the entire process of the sell of our home, and the purchase of our new home. Responded back anytime of the day, even on her vacation! Day or night she was there with any questions we needed answered. We are forever grateful for Dana and the entire Century 21 Bell staff. Dana has not only become a wonderful friend, but family. I will refer her over and over again to as many people as I can. Just simply, the best! I want to buy another house just to go through the fun, exciting, and seamlessly easy process with Dana again!

We found Dana via a yard sign when we first started looking at homes last Summer. We are so grateful we did! After I explained a few things over the phone, she came out to our house and sat down with us and reviewed everything that we were looking for. When she left that day, My husband and myself knew that she was the best Realtor for us. She was extremely professional yet friendly and down to earth. When it comes to business, my husband can have alot of questions and alot of requests. She always took care of his questions immediately and not once made us feel like she was being put out or annoyed. When we purchased our house, she was top notch from beginning to end. Nine months later, we decided that the home was not for us and decided to stay in our original home. We immediately picked up the phone and called Dana to handle the sale. Just as we expected, she was professional and friendly to work with just like the home purchase. She got our home sold and made the entire process seamless. We have referred her to family and could not imagine using a different realtor in the future. I was in the corporate world for 25 years in Denver and I know the value of good customer service. Dana is a huge asset to your company and we feel so lucky to have found her!

Dana is by far the best of the best, hands down! She helped me find my townhouse I am currently in (and love). She was more than willing to help me list my other house when I contacted her and not only got it sold for me, but went out of her way to deal with my ex personally so I didn't have to. Superb Performance!

Dana was amazing. She answered all of my questions and when things were not right, she was right there getting them corrected.

We used Dana Diekroeger when we moved to Cheyenne and purchased our home and that was a great experience. Dana was very patient with us as we changed our minds about purchasing and the not purchasing and went back and forth on what it was we were looking for in a home. She made purchasing the home such a great experience, so when we had to leave the area and sell, there was no question who we were going to use as our selling agent. Again, Dana was extremely patient as we went back and forth, putting the home on the market and pulling it off and renting it (TWICE). Not once, through our indecisiveness, did she get frustrated with us. She was our confidence, when we were lacking our own. I could go on and on, but it all boils down to... if you want an exceptional agent who is very good at what she does and you want someone who actually takes the time to listen and get in tune with what her clients needs are, you could not find anyone better than Dana... she truly wants to see her clients happy and satisfied.

We moved from the East Coast and Dana was extremely helpful throughout the entrie process. She was in constant contact with us prior to the move and once we arrived we had properties lined up to view. She had a good undestanding about our needs, wants and time sensitivity which helped us find a property in a short amount of time. Very impressed with her knowledge and abilities.
